Behavior: As a Jira Administrators/ System Administrators when going to the Project Settings → Panel Configurations → selecting a Smart System Panels, cannot edit the panel. The page is in read only mode
Answer: this happens since your Smart System Panel uses a template. You cannot edit the template configuration from a particular project, because it could affect several projects. Only viewing the configuration of the chosen template is possible.
You can customize the Smart System Panel for the project by turning off the use of templates.
If you need to edit the template configuration, please go to System Setting → Edit Smart Panel Template.
